AsRoma: Red in First Half of € 14.8 million

The Board of Directors approved the AS Roma Interim Consolidated Report as at December 31, 2010, prepared for the purpose of illustrating the results of operations for the first half of the fiscal year in course. The management of the first half of the fiscal year of AS Roma ended with a net loss of € 14.8 million.

Consolidated revenues for the period, net of operating results of the park players, amounted to EUR 72 million (€ 61.4 million at December 31, 2009), an increase of 17.4% compared to the corresponding half of 2009, mainly due to the positive effects stemming from the Uefa Champions League;

The net financial position as at 31 December 2010 was negative 17.7 € million, a decrease of € 9.2 million in the six months to absorb the resources to cover the needs of current operations and investments in rights;

Capital consolidated net current a fine Semestre è negativo per 42 milioni di euro, in flessione di 1,7 milioni di euro, per i fatti di gestione nel seguito analizzati;

I Debiti tributari a fine Semestre, pari a 5,9 milioni di euro, comprensivi delle rateizzazioni, risultano in diminuzione di 4,8 milioni di euro nel periodo;

Il Patrimonio netto consolidato, al lordo della quota di terzi, a fine Semestre è negativo per 28,0 milioni di euro, con una variazione negativa di 14,8 milioni di euro, per il risultato economico conseguito; il Bilancio separato dell’A.S. Roma a fine Semestre evidenzia un Patrimonio netto pari a 85,5 milioni di euro, in flessione di 19,6 milioni di euro, per il risultato economico di periodo.
