è un po' che non scrivo, non sono dell'umore adatto, purtroppo la cooperativa per cui lavoriamo ha perso la gara d'appalto che l'ente per cui lavoraravamo ha fatto uscire e quindi saremo riassorbiti da un'altra cooperativa, che ha vinto con un ribasso dell'11% che l'ente ha subito giudicato anomalo ma che poi con una riunione di 1 ora e mezza hanno deciso che andava bene così.
Ovviamente con un taglio di 200.000 euro quale sarà la parte che verrà tagliata? Il personale ovvio.
Io sono l'ultima assunta e ho 15 ore la settimana e questa cosa non è buona, la cosa positiva, l'unica forse, è che ho ricevuto la formazione per tutti e 6 gli sportelli informativi.
Siamo 18 famiglie che sono in balia di una cooperativa che si occupa di PORTIERATO E PULIZIE quando noi abbiamo sempre avuto il contratto del terziario...occupandoci di informazione con il pubblico, passare dal prendere 8 euro all'ora a 4 ne cambia..specie per me con le mie poche ore.
Ora non posso dire di più perchè la gara non è ancora ufficialmente chiusa, ma appena potrò vi racconterò tutti i retroscena di questa vicenda..

La cosa che più mi ha fatto piacere rispetto al B+W è la praticità,si lascia libero il primo slot del portafiltri mentre nel secondo si ha la possibilità di avere sempre inserito il digradante neutro,si calcola l'esposizione (la Lee fornice anche una comoda tabella di come calcolare l'esposizione con il filtro)si mette il fuoco in manuale,si monta il filtro e si scatta;quindi senza tutte quelle lunghe perdite di tempo del B+W di compore la foto,montare il portafiltri se si vuole utilizzare il digradante,mettere a fuoco,calcolare l'esposizione,smontare il portsfiltri,montare il filtro a vite,montare il portafiltri,mettere a fuoco manualmente calcolando il tempo corretto e scattare...con il rischio di molte volte di trovarsi the filter on the lens stuck ... with the loss of the moment right ...
The downside of ... Lee is a strong blue cast ... cmq. easily have been in post production ... also filter fits into the first slot of the filter because it has an insulating material that is used to prevent stray light during long exposures.
